norriv Wins Over the Lions with a Proposed €180,000 Investment

Our holograms caught the lions' attention. Now, norriv has an exciting next step ahead.
Our appearance on Jama levova, Slovakia's version of Shark Tank, marked a milestone for norriv. We brought our holographic technology, AI avatars, and vision for the company into the studio—and caught the interest of successful entrepreneur Štefan Rosina Jr. and Slovak rapper SEPAR.
The result was an announced investment proposal of €180,000 for a 6% stake in norriv. We will continue discussions with both investors on the terms of the proposed investment. Those terms remain subject to further negotiation.

The announced proposal: €180,000 for a 6% stake from Štefan Rosina Jr. and SEPAR, with terms subject to further negotiation.
Bringing holographic technology into the business conversation
For us, Jama levova was an opportunity to show what we are building and why it matters to businesses.
norriv develops holographic devices, AI avatars, and 3D visualizations that help organizations present products and communicate with their audiences. A holographic presentation can make a visitor stop and look. The next step is making that attention useful: explaining a product, answering a question, or helping someone understand an offer.
That is the ambition behind our work. We want the technology to earn its place in a company's sales, marketing, or customer experience.
From product presentations to conversations with AI
The business applications are practical. At exhibitions, holographic displays and digital twins can help sales teams present large products without transporting every physical item to the venue. Custom 3D content can show details that are difficult to explain through a brochure alone.
AI avatars add another way to engage. They can answer visitors' questions and introduce products or services, giving organizations a more interactive way to communicate in a physical space.
Our appearance on Jama levova brought that vision to a wider audience: holographic technology developed in Slovakia, with applications across events, retail, industry, and other sectors.
A proposal from two different worlds
Interest from Štefan Rosina Jr. and SEPAR makes this moment especially meaningful for our team.
They bring perspectives from business and the creative world. We see potential in exploring how those perspectives could support norriv's next chapter, and we look forward to continuing the conversation.
The announced €180,000 for 6% proposal is the starting point for those discussions. We will share further developments as the negotiations progress.

The team behind the moment
What viewers saw on television reflects the work of the entire norriv team: developing the technology, creating content, testing ideas, and delivering installations for clients.
Every project gives us another opportunity to improve how the technology works in practice. This milestone belongs to the people who contribute to that work, as well as the clients and partners who trust us with their ideas.
Thank you to Štefan and SEPAR for their interest and confidence in our vision. And thank you to everyone who has supported norriv along the way.
We are proud of this moment—and excited to keep building.
