Job Description

AS A TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE AT NORRIV, YOU WILL OVERSEE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF OUR 3D HOLOGRAM OPERATIONS, INCLUDING INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTION, AND CLIENT INTERACTIONS. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INVOLVE:

MANAGING INVENTORY AND ENSURING SUFFICIENT STOCK LEVELS FOR PRODUCTION

ASSISTING IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS, INCLUDING SETUP AND CALIBRATION OF HOLOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT

PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO CLIENTS, TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES, AND OFFERING SOLUTIONS

COLLABORATING WITH THE SALES TEAM TO UNDERSTAND CLIENT REQUIREMENTS AND TAILOR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

ORGANIZING AND COORDINATING INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL FOR CLIENT VISITS, DEMONSTRATIONS, OR INSTALLATIONS

MAINTAINING UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE OF 3D HOLOGRAPHIC TECHNOLOGY TRENDS AND ADVANCEMENTS

CONTRIBUTING TO THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF OUR TECHNICAL PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES
